Professional Liability Insurance Coverage for Lawyers

PCM SERVICES, LLC, is the Designated Program Administrator for Lawyers’ Professional Liability for General Star National Insurance Company (A.M. Best A++ XV) in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia. General Star offers admitted Lawyers' Professional Liability coverage on a primary basis, for firms with 1 to 50 attorneys. Limits available from $100,000 to $5,000,000 (higher limits are available) with deductibles from $1,000 to $100,000 depending upon the size of the firm.
