Working in conjunction with the IEEE-ISTO's two staff officers, the president and CEO and the COO/CFO, the IEEE-ISTO Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of the IEEE-ISTO. This includes providing financial oversight, serving as industry representatives to promote the use of the IEEE-ISTO by organizations in their industry, and approving the IEEE-ISTO's business plan and outputs.
